We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

SHIPPING

At this point we are only shipping within the United States, but if you are really interested to buy a piece from us and live abroad, please send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

To simplify, shipping will cost 5$ up to 1 lb, 10 $ between 1 and 2 lb, 15$ between 2 and 3 lb and 20$ above 3lb anywhere in the United Sates. If the actual shipping costs are more than two dollars over what you paid for shipping, we will reimburse the difference, but based on shipping estimates, you will most likely pay less than the actual shipping costs.

If you are local to mid Willamette valley in Oregon and want to pick up your pieces, please contact us to arrange pick up details.

Unless you contact us for a special arrangement, all packages will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail.

We will prepare and send all packages within a week of receiving the order, unless we’re gone on vacations or somehow unable to get the order ready. We will put a banner up on the website if shipping will be delayed by more than a week.

DAMAGED PRODUCT

We package our ceramics with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery, but ceramics are fragile and accidents can happen.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Before throwing anything away, please take multiple pictures of the package as you received it, with the items still in it, what it looked like when you opened it and clear pictures of the damaged item(s). We will need these photos to reimburse you and file a complaint with USPS.
