Is It Handmade?

What does handmade mean? Does it have to be made by hand? Can anything be 100% handmade? How long does handmade take? Can copies of handmade products be considered handmade as well? Are some things more handmade than others? I tackle some of these questions in this post, even if in art and craft nothing is completely black and white.
